Here, everything is homemade with fresh, local produce. Simon, the chef, shows great creativity and takes great pride in his tasty cuisine. Eggs en meurette, chicken with crayfish, red fruit opaline and vanilla mousseline are all exquisite. The 300-strong wine list showcases the wines of Santenay. A highly recommended address!
