Domaine Mestre, which cultivates the quality of its welcome as much as its vines, has let a breath of fresh air blow over its organisation and its labels. The estate covers 17 hectares of vines spread over five villages in the Côte de Beaune in the appellations of Santenay, Aloxe-Corton, Ladoix, Maranges and Chassagne-Montrachet. The estate allows all the typicity of its climates to express itself in a well-established process of respect for the natural balance of the soils, manual harvesting, sorting of the grapes in the vat room and traditional vinification.

Ce qui est intéressant c’est qu’ils ont encore de vieilles années, on a pu gouter un Alox 2004, quelle chance !
