Le 7 is the restaurant of Patricia, the chef, and Pascale, who manages the service. Located in the heart of Saulieu, on departmental road 6, the restaurant is decorated in a modern, colorful style, with acoustic panels for your comfort. The kitchen is semi-open onto the dining room, and the dishes are traditional but reinterpreted, 100% homemade and seasonal. At lunchtime on weekdays, we're happy to tempt you with the main course/dessert option, with a wide choice of attractive dishes. Established in 2015, this is a mature address for a good meal, at the right price and with efficient service.
