L'Empreinte, with young, innovative chef Manu Fiévet at the helm, offers chic, trendy gourmet dining. He combines creativity and taste with market and seasonal cuisine, using fresh produce. His dishes are tasty, aesthetically pleasing and colorful. The plates are highly refined in nouvelle cuisine style. The dining room is just as elegant as the plate. An address to treasure, for a meal where food and beverage pairings (not necessarily alcoholic) are a highly epicurean moment!

Nous avons choisi le menu 6 services l'un avec accord vins et l'autre accord sans alcool. Tout était d'une finesse et d'une délicatesse exquise ! Des saveurs à couper le souffle ! Les vins délicieux et les accords sans alcool étaient autant de merveilleuses découvertes ! Le service au top par un jeune homme visiblement aussi passionné que le chef ! À recommander sans modération ! Encore merci à l'équipe pour ce délicieux moment !
