He is not yet 35 years old, has been based in his workshop in Andenne since the end of 2018 and is racking up awards. Ariqua is Gault & Millau's Chocolatier of the Year 2019 and a bronze medalist at the International Chocolate Awards 2021. An inexhaustible enthusiast, he lives his love for cocoa and chocolate intensely, tasting and creating tirelessly in his workshop visible from the street. His raw materials are noble, his creations are just as noble. Permanent or ephemeral, his chocolates combine the finesse of the shell and the accuracy of the taste. Tablets of great origins.
