ERHARD, LES DESSERTS
Ehrhardt desserts are first and foremost a family story, Alsace and ice cream. Since its beginnings as a ice factory in the 1980 s, small businesses have opened up to pastry, increased the number of its plants, opened a R & D center to become a real «glacier creator». In 2017, Ehrhardt made the choice of direct selling by opening an atypical space to Kingersheim in an industrial and contemporary spirit. The room is divided between a commercial part where all the frozen desserts of the house can be purchased and a part of the tea room or one tasting ice cuts, cakes accompanied by tea/coffee/hot chocolate, but also milkshakes and smoothies made locally.
