On the Bioul square opposite the majestic castle, Denis Detraux' butcher shop has been a hit since it opened in 2012. Loaded with a solid background and a boundless passion, Denis has established himself as a must with his selected pork, beef and lamb and his home-made charcuterie. In total, almost 90% of the preparations are made on the spot. Never stingy with advice and smiles, the team serves the customers with kindness while the necklaces and dry sausages dry, by golly!
