The Wine Not took place in this charming resting place located at the back of the Château de Savigny. Théo Duverger, trained as a wine merchant and sommelier, entrusts the kitchen to chef David Jault, who trained with Bernard Loiseau, among others. The 100% home-made cuisine is gourmet and meticulous, as are the prices. Suggested dishes to share, Burgundy planks, prime rib or Mont d'Or Morteau sausage. To be enjoyed with a vintage from Savigny or elsewhere from our Côtes carefully chosen by Théo! The room, which looks like a brasserie, is very convivial.
