Friendly bistro, grills on volcanic stone grill, non-stop in high season in Savigny-lès-Beaune.

Wine bar managed by Jérôme Granados in the former premises of the Aux Fourneaux restaurant, opened in 2023. The decor, terrace and "zero industrial products" concept of the bistro are very appealing. It's an invitation to enjoy a glass of wine in a good atmosphere over a plank of sausage, Jura cured ham, morbier, comté, or a vegetarian plank with pickles, a duo of mousses and homemade desserts. A wine list to enjoy on the premises or to take away, a selection of local, artisanal beers and a grocery store stocked with local products.

C'est l'endroit idéal pour s'attarder avec un verre de vin ou de bière locale vraiment délicieux et bon marché. Il est possible de s'asseoir à l'intérieur et sur la terrasse ombragée. Il est également possible de manger, mais nous sommes arrivés un peu trop tard, un dimanche soir, et on nous a tout de même offert une assiette de saucisson, servie avec un excellent levain et garnie d'oignons légèrement marinés. Si la nourriture ressemble à cette simple assiette, cela vaut vraiment la peine d'essayer. Tout le personnel a été efficace, accueillant et particulièrement courtois. Une belle façon de passer un dimanche après-midi.

En sortant du château de Savigny avec ses étonnantes collections d’avions de chasse, motos, voiture de course … nous sommes tombés par hasard sur ce bar à vin ouvert depuis 2 mois, avec terrasse ombragée et calme (aucune circulation sur la route), et vue sur les magnifiques murs du château. Accueil chaleureux et simple, assiette végétarienne délicieuse (salade, houmous, crudités, pickles, fromage, excellent pain) avec un bon verre de vin (très jolie carte de vins, forcément), voici une excellente adresse !
