The Tourist Entertainment Agency of Savigny les Beaune invites you to the 5 th edition of "Platitudes around the Four". The Platitudes were a direct tax in the middle ages that the inhabitants of a village had to pay to their lord in return for the use of technical facilities (furnaces, mills, presses, wine market) that the latter was building and maintained. Savigny-les-Beaune counted up to 5 bread kilns. The one that remains was renovated in 2011, it works once a year on the occasion of «Platitudes», a gourmet and artisan market that brings together twenty exhibitors. The two Savigny bakeries are put to the honor by making succulent loaves and delicious brioches and the R'de family brasserie offers pizza cooked pizza. Animations for the small.
