Michel and Dominique Guyon are at the head of the family domain created in the sixties by their father, Antonin Guyon. Completed in the 50 s by Dominica, the domain now accounts for nearly hectares. All the wine cellars take place in the cellars of Savigny-les-Beaune and represent about names in the first and great wines, from Gevrey-Chambertin to Meursault. Manual harvesting with the sorting of grapes, a long vinification in wood vats with control of temperatures and a breeding in oak barrels for 18 months give rich and complex reds and white whites.
