RESTAURANT MICHEL
Unmissable, this restaurant is a renowned table in the region, it celebrated in 2019 its fifty years of existence. Long called "Chez Michel" by the regulars in honour of its owner Michel Dellisse, it is since 2000, his son Thierry who took over the family business with his wife Jeanine. The dishes based on regional products are indicated with a small rooster on the menu. To be tested among others: the squab and its sauce perfumed with truffles and the sweetbreads with saffron of Cotchia. For dessert, the nougat glazed with Boninne honey is a must.
