We tested this beautiful reference before its move. So we won't say anything about the setting and the atmosphere. On the other hand, Julien Malaisse's cuisine deserves to be highlighted. Locavore to the extreme, the chef details the origin of his ingredients, always as close as possible. From Celles to Sombreffe, the names of the suppliers announce the color on blackboard. The appetizers follow one another before a veal from Assesse that melts in the mouth. The skate wing comes from a little further away but its presentation is pretty as a candy. Big up for the service!
