The setting is rather sober, perhaps so that the guests can concentrate on the refinement of Eric Fieuw's cuisine. A well-known family name in the region, one remembers with emotion his brother Hugues at the "Ramiers" in Crupet. The menu has its origins in classic French cuisine (rack of lamb, veal entrecôte...). But the chef also adds his own personal touch with bistronomic or fusion cuisine influences (pike-perch, pig's feet, shrimps, chanterelles). The seasonal menu is also a great performance.

Très bel établissement, décoré élégamment. Les tables ne sont pas l'une sur l'autre. Le service est impeccable et les plats raffinés. De petites mises en bouche pour débuter et l'on termine avec des mignardises. Le personnel est très serviable. Nous y retournons avec plaisir lors de nos passages à Dinant. Une adresse que je recommande
