Jeanne had a cane and now also a counter where cheeses, fruits and vegetables, delicatessen or artisanal products and catering dishes share the menu space of her small shop. The cheeses come exclusively from regional producers: Ferme du Chertin, Jambjoule or fromagerie du Troufleur, in all 80 to 100 cheeses fill the counter. The fruits and vegetables come from local producers and most of the delicatessen products are made or distributed by people from here... or not very far.
