Jean Neuhaus, an apothecary in Brussels, simply invented the praline, a small filled chocolate bite designed in 1912. And with his persistence in ideas, we also owe him the patent of the ballottin, a receptacle perfectly adapted to contain these sweets! The Neuhaus sign is installed in all the commercial or tourist places of Belgium and thus in Dinant. In this magnificent shop, the expertise in chocolates and luxury biscuits has seduced many. A very pleasant take-away coffee when the bistros are confined.
