BOU CHERIE ORIGINELLE
Bou Chérie was born from the passion of three farmers wishing to promote local agriculture and the short circuit. The animals are raised in a healthy way in nearby farms. Their meat is presented at the counter with a minimum of intervention between breeding and cutting, a guarantee of quality and flavour which translates into very tempting preparations and cuts. Bou Chérie is the sister of Racine, also aiming at the terroir (fruits and vegetables of the village, cheeses, artisanal products, breads, beers, wines...). Two beautiful twin addresses!
