This is the realm of cheese, with an amazing variety of products that you won't find anywhere else in the region. Damien Avalosse is a passionate craftsman who accumulates awards and spends his holidays discovering new cheeses destined to join the large counter of the shop located on the side of the National road, on the heights of Erpent. Damien also matures his cheeses in the cellar. In short, an excellent address with a hundred or so farmhouse cheeses and fifty or so delicatessen products that change with the seasons.
