FROMAGERIE DU SAMSON
The Fromagerie du Samson is one of the most renowned in Wallonia and is known as far away as Brussels. At the head of the cheese dairy since 2011, Vincent Verleyen is committed to developing it and making it grow. In particular by moving into a new shop in Gesves (a superb square farmhouse) and a new workshop and maturing cellars (in Marche-en-Famenne). The cheeses are made from cow's milk (organic), goat's milk (organic) or sheep's milk. Camembert, tomme, brie, Samson aux fleurs, all are delicious and can be part of a platter to compose.
