Restaurant with terrace offering a classic menu, cold cuts and quality dishes.
It is because a visit of Semur-en-Auxois always passes through the Rue Buffon, the historic and pedestrian heart of the city, which we never miss the terrace in summer. Mount Drejet has been an institution for 40 years. And yet, a renewal is taking place with Eric Comparot, its new manager. The room retains its rustic style, terrace, view and location. The catering service is non-stop at any time of the day or night. Breakfast formula, then coffee and then the Folliet house takes out its menu, Moka, Brazil, India, Colombia... Its menu of teas and infusions is impressive. The menu is a classic, blue-veined, beef bourguignon and dessert is at an unbeatable price. We know that ready-made meals are not homemade, but their quality is honourable. What's up, then? A beer menu that will expand, we rediscover the Vézelay beer, a gluten-free organic beer that you should know. We appreciate the appetizing boards of delicatessen and cheeses of the region, even from the streets. As for wines, essentials, an Irancy, a Chablis and a Coteau de l'Auxois, good and not very expensive. At snack time, waffles, pancakes and ice-creams from a master artisan are a delight for children.
