Manufacturer of the town's famous cookies, with tastings of the different stages of production, from kneading to packaging
Every Wednesday from 5pm, the Bon Vivant team invites you to discover their facilities and store. Accessible only to groups of 10 or more, these tours cover, in order, every stage in the making of Semur-en-Auxois' famous cookies. From the kneading of the future cookies to the packaging of each one, you'll become an expert in this emblematic regional know-how in just one hour! After the visit, those with a sweet tooth can also take part in a tasting of the cookies prepared on site. If you wish, you can accompany them with a beer from the Flavigny-sur-Ozerain brewery. Enjoy your visit!
