LES SORBIERS
3 star hotel in a renovated estate with rooms without TV but with books, restaurant and unusual accommodation
Formerly owned by the Boël family, the magnificent Sorbiers mansion was acquired in 2018 by Nouvelle Hôtellerie, owner of establishments in France and Switzerland. Superbly transformed, the estate located on the right bank of the Haute-Meuse is a model of gentle and chic renovation. In the heart of a green area, the 3-star hotel offers 32 rooms voluntarily without TV (two books in each room, guests can take them away). Their restaurant En Face de l'Île focuses on local producers. Unusual accommodation on site as well.
