Frédéric and Kimchi's restaurant may surprise you, it is a mix of French and Japanese cuisine, and a Sushi Bar to boot. If Frédéric brings his references for a traditional cuisine, Kimchi shares his passion for Japanese cuisine. She knows perfectly how to make these marriages of vinegared rice, seaweed and fresh fish tartar. A cuisine with 4 hands!
