Fosses-la-Ville has not escaped the wave of organic stores and Ekivrac has been challenging the big stores since 2020. A small chain of 9 stores with very similar designs, the Roux store is ideally located on a main road. You can find the pastries of Célestine Chepson (Malonne), the allergen-free biscuits of Les Boudines (Sambreville) and the beers of the Abbaye de Brogne. So much for the local, in the middle of a bunch of other food and non-food classics, fresh, canned or frozen, but where bulk food has an important place.
