L'ATELIER DE BOSSIME
L'Atelier de Bossimé seems to be lost far away from everything, in an old farmhouse far from any hamlet. Creative and gastronomic concept, this restaurant does not offer a choice but a unique menu where the only possible selection is the number of services (3 to 5 depending on the time and the appetite). Chef Ludovic Vanackere's credo: short circuits, local products, the use of craftsmen who also love their job, and an intimate setting. It has been a success for more than ten years. Artisans de Bossimé offers boxes to buy and a grocery store.
