In summer, the large terraces are a very pleasant place to relax. Here you can enjoy Clem de Castro (the abbey's beer) while nibbling on bread or empanadas. In winter, the Bethlehem chapel offers its 15th century vaulted room, superbly restored in the 1980s. The cuisine is local, comforting and hearty, offering some old recipes: avisance, "Cistercian" soup, farmhouse vol-au-vent or Clem's dumplings in casseroles. The products are local (Boninne farm, Demoulin bakery...) and the staff is Palestinian.
