LE MÉTIN
Two wheels down from the Jules Tacheny racetrack, it must be said that the menu of this brasserie gives pride of place to carnivores. In the spotlight, grilled beef (Aubrac, Irish Angus, Black Angus USA) and pork that Fabrice Barbier has mastered remarkably well. Plates of cold meats, shrimp croquettes, foie gras ravioli, braised knuckle of pork, shrimp a la plancha, are some of the other "canaille" preparations to be enjoyed in the beautiful setting of this old stone barn or in season in the welcoming garden.
