Johnny Miah, in the kitchen, and Charles Do Vale, sommelier, both with remarkable backgrounds, offer us a renewed and modern cuisine. A small miracle in Sombernon, which is above all a place to enjoy life, assuming its status as a village bar with a fine selection of wines and beers, accompanied by spreads and platters of local or Italian charcuterie.

Opening time and information on C.A.N.A. RESTAURANT ET BAR
Open Monday and Tuesday lunchtime from 10am to 3pm; Thursday lunchtime from 10am to 9pm; Friday lunchtime from 10am to 10pm; Saturday lunchtime from 10am and evening until 10pm; Sunday lunchtime from 10am to 6pm. A la carte menu on Saturday evenings + platter formulas outside mealtimes. Lunch menu: 19 € (2-course menu, 3-course menu 24 €).
