RISTORANTE L'OPERA
For a few years now, Opera has been the restaurant that you can't miss when you enter Namur through the Louise-Marie park. Its location at the crossroads is unmissable, as is its menu. It distinguishes itself from the classic "Italians" with more elaborate dishes mixing local ingredients (smoked salmon from Gembloux) with influences from over there. The tomato-mozzarella has become caprese, the spaghetti carbonara is revisited. The best? The baked pasta (ah! the pear-gorgonzola cannelloni!) and, above all, the IGP peppers from Senise, in Basilicate. Slurp!
