Isa has been running an establishment known for years as one of the best chip shops in Namur. The flow is assured, given the location in the student district. The prices are also very competitive and the portions generous, for the same reason. In addition to the fries, cooked and served in the rules of the art, the hamburger and cheeseburger make the pleasure of the amateurs. The welcome and the smile of the owner are also part of the package. You can eat inside but the two or three tables on the sidewalk are also very good.
