Next to the old skating rink in Jambes, Friterie Raphaël has been an institution for over sixty years. The portions are generous, the fries are fresh, crispy and taste like "blanc de boeuf"; the quality is there. The "mitraillette" is the real specialty of the house but the owner's pistol prepared with a real crunchy pistol is a must. You can even eat on the spot outside only, some tables and benches are available. A choice of style, the desire to preserve the original character of the place.
