PHILFA
Philfa has all the makings of a successful, chic brasserie. An interesting location in the heart of the city centre, a terrace where you can watch the onlookers pass by, a menu of classic dishes that are well prepared with just the right amount of creativity: cheese melts, shrimp croquettes, American, dumplings, foie gras, solettes, and so on. But the duck breast is adorned with papardelle with oyster mushrooms; the pike-perch is filleted, flanked with fresh spinach. We like the contemporary layout, the high chairs for trendy dining and the view of the wine cellar.
