He has changed a lot, this Pâtanthrope we knew almost twenty years ago. To tell the truth, we had a very mixed opinion at the time. But other times, other customs and above all, another menu in this singular restaurant in a place where we have always cherished good addresses. The restaurant is the favourite of many lovers of fine dishes with tasty and original content. You think you're discovering a pasta menu, given the name of the restaurant? No way! Shrimps in panko breadcrumbs, oxtail in a stew, bouillabaisse..., the influences are many.
