We could award a medal for the most beautiful view from a new establishment, if it existed. You feel like you're eating right in the water, which is great even in winter. Opened in the wake of the inauguration of the splendid eponymous esplanade. La Confluence is also a new style of cooking that we like, we respect the product and the seasons, we cook locally, we just have a drink and we keep an eye on the environment: La Confluence publishes the list of its suppliers (over 70!).
