PETIT PAYS
The rue des Brasseurs is definitely full of gustatory treasures, and Petit Pays is one of those places that cannot be ignored. Short circuits, slow cooking, colorful and Instagrammable plates, alternative drinks: everything is there to make this place a favorite. The menu is short and cheerful, giving pride of place to vegetables, fruits and cereals. The associations are sharp without being tortured: gravlax trout, vegetable raviole, smoked paprika; parsnip, lavender and lobster juice; white chocolate and agastache...
