The Acinapolis complex was built just thirty years ago and brought Namur into the era of modern cinema. The complex, owned by Pathé, has 2,500 seats in 12 theaters. The programming is rather family and general public, focusing largely on American and French blockbusters. For the more specialized moviegoers, there are a few films shown alternately in VO as well. Some films are offered in 3D. Acinapolis takes its name from a metal construction workshop (Acina) that occupied the site.
