LA CUVE À BIÈRE

In the middle of the rue des... Brasseurs, you have to pass under the porch to discover this place of hop enthusiasts. The terrace sets the tone with the barrels as tables and the benches with the effigy of Ginette. Inside, it's downright ecstatic: a bar in the shape of a vat, chesterfields to remake the world with a glass in hand. The plethoric menu doesn't seem to leave much room for anything else than the numerous Belgian mousses that compose it. However, cocktails and spirits are available in number and quality. Nothing but good choices.
