BOULEVARD DU RHUM
To get to the Boulevard du Rhum, take the Rue des Fossés-Fleuris. This sentence alone is already an invitation to drop anchor, put down your oars and push open the door of this nicely revamped address. On the menu, you have the choice and the embarrassment, more than 200 cocktails with and without alcohol. For the iconoclasts, there is gin but otherwise most of the creations are based on Saint James rum, from Martinique, since 1765. A nice selection of old rums is also available (Don Papa, Rivière du Mat...). The vaulted cellar can be privatized from 40 people.
