In the heart of the citadel, this creation center, unique in Northern Europe, initiates the different phases of perfume creation. They are born and mature in the stones of the citadel. Guy Delforge, master of fragrances, has imagined an underground journey that retraces each stage of this profession: a symphony of the mixture of scents, composition, maceration, olfactory tests, icing, filtration, packaging... Also: an exhibition on perfumery and a boutique.
