A provincial cultural center, the Delta offers a contemporary envelope, flamboyantly renovated at the dawn of the 2020s. Here, culture is experienced freely and naturally. The Delta is designed according to the principle of a third place. The actor or actress is also the public, who meets, shares and conceives culture as much as they receive it.
