DEMAIN À MAIN
"Demain à main" is an innovative concept from Namur chef Guillaume Gersdorff, and the very first gourmet fast food restaurant in Belgium, if not the world. The restaurant offers delicious dishes prepared with local, seasonal produce. To order, simply place your order from your table via a QR code, and the dishes are served a few minutes later. In addition to typical brasserie dishes, the chef also offers numerous options for aperitif wecks, brioche sandwiches and, above all, fresh pasta made by hand in his workshop, visible from the tables. Customers have praised the inventive, original and delicious cuisine, as well as the impeccable service. Reservations are only possible indoors.
