Paysans Artisans is a cooperative with a social purpose. Its mission is to market local and artisanal food products from human-sized companies. The key words are "social solidarity", "cooperative spirit" and "short circuit". The producers involved in the adventure are more than 100, brought together by a different idea of production. Butchers, bakers, cheesemakers, vegetable, chocolate or mushroom producers. All sectors are represented. Present in Namur, Jambes, Salzinnes, Bouge and La Plante (see web).
