For nearly 40 years, Roland & Fils has been a traditional house. Butcher's shop, delicatessen, but also the ideal address to stock up on the best game and poultry. Here, no fuss, but the marrow of service - the twin sons that a passing customer can hardly tell apart - and quality. The rib on the bone is marbled as it should be or nothing; the entrecote is the same. Not to mention the most noble origins, Holstein or Simmental for example.
