Forty years! Quite a long time for this friendly neighbourhood butcher's shop run by Stéphane Hemptinne, son of the founders. If the shop is always busy at sandwich time, people flock to it for its delicatessen dishes (stuffed cabbage, vol-au-vent, osso buco...), barbecue sets (speciality kebabs, among others) and meat parcels where quality and quantity go hand in hand. During the festive season, tempting proposals (starters, main courses, pierrades, raclettes) brighten up the guests. Game can be ordered in season.
