Philippe Bouillon, at the helm of his butcher shop since 2004, represents the third generation at the helm of the family business founded in 1961. Well-known and reputed on the main shopping avenue of Jambe, the butcher's shop serves a demanding clientele in terms of quality and diversity. Deli meats, cured meats and numerous delicatessen preparations (ready-made meals) complete the assortment. Barbecue meats are also available in the summer and, as a novelty, the aperitif planks can be gift-wrapped.
