Home chef and caterer, Chef Coquentin bravely opened his nifty resto in September 2020. The period is not easy but the success seems to be there. No false note comes to punctuate a moment at the Table. Neither the contemporary setting of the most beautiful effect in its blue and leather tones, nor the reception and the service with the small care, nor the worked presentation in the plate. Nor even the choice of a short menu, supported by a menu of the moment which delights the gourmets. Between bistronomy and gastronomy, there is only one small step.
