LE WALHERE-ROI
Walher of Onhaye lived in the 12th century. We don't know if he was a king, but he was canonized by the Catholic Church and is celebrated on June 23rd. As for Brice Labrassine, he is the king of his cuisine, which he prepares with love and know-how, using local products whenever possible. His poultry comes from the organic farm of Frumont (Onhaye), his veal chop is served with a delicious "Walhère-Roi" sauce (tomatoes, tarragon, pepper, garlic). His wife Julie excels at service. In winter, the Chalet-Roi offers fondues, raclettes and tartiflettes.
