LE GOÛT DE MA PASSION
Bistronomy in Fernelmont is the Taste of my Passion. The chef offers a generous and gourmet cuisine, supported by local producers that he cherishes. His menu follows the seasons and changes twice a month, in three or four courses. It is complemented by a short menu, a guarantee of additional quality. As with the food suppliers, the interior design was entrusted to a local decorator, Caroline Cassart. Interesting for gourmets on a tight budget, the weekday lunch is served in the evening on the third Tuesday of the month.
