At the end of 2021, the APAQ-W awarded the Ancion bakery the coveted title of "favourite bakery in the region". In the heart of the village of Bois-de-Villers, the artisan bakery offers the full range of bakery specialities, including sourdough bread. With the additional distinction of being associated since 2020 with the Benoît Detelle farm in Sart-Saint-Laurent, which supplies him directly with organic wheat for his flours. A heightened traceability and an ultra-local anchoring, validated by the Blé d'Ici label. The customers are not mistaken and they line up.
