DOMAINE DE LA FALIZE

Surrounded by a superb estate, La Falize is a four-century-old building that has seen Philippe IV of Spain and William of Orange. Owned by the family of Frédéric de Mévius (AB InBev), this chic farm is active in market gardening, field crops and vineyards. The estate has been turning to organic farming for over twenty years. The first vines were planted in 2012. The chardonnay and pinot noir wines are clearly upmarket and are vinified biodynamically by specialists who are the benchmark for Belgian viticulture.
